John - and All -

I (we) loved The Nativity Story and highly recommend it. Yesterday afternoon, we went to see We Are Marshall and it's one of the best movies we've seen in a very long time, so highly recommend that movie as well!

Two thumbs up for both of them!

Hi Dee! I left a new post at GraceNotes a while ago. You didn't say if you liked The Nativity Story or not. I liked it a lot ... there will always be flaws as we try to recreate these tories...but...enjoyed it anyway. Blessings to you!

Dee- I loved your $10 gift story. -- except it hit too close to home!!!

Wow! -- I haven't been by for a long time (too long) -- no excuses --life has kept me away and I have missed my friends. I pray that your family situation is working itself out--so often we have to struggle to "let go & let God"-- even when we can't see any way that God can fix it because human choices cast aside his precious gifts and precious love.

I too struggle with the "privacy" issue in blogging. I started this adventure by keeping a private journal and then copying parts to the blog. I found it was difficult to put that extra editting in and so I have avoided writing anything that Iwouldn't want my dearest friend (my wife)or my worst enemy (Satan I guess) to see and repeat. I have actually found that there wasn't too much that I was willing to write down that I couldn't share but certainly there is a "closet in my heart" that I can'topen for anyone --or at least that's what I think.

The news about yours eyes is wonderful --

May God grant you the richest blessings in 2007

God Bless
Charlie

p.s. I finally did a new post yesterday. I really haven't figured out how to do a daily post.

My house is FULL of odds and ends. Boxes, mess, and stuff.

I plan to contribute to Grace Notes after the new year ... wonderful place, like Wind Vane.

Shalom,
Bobby Valentine

Well, Greg -

I'm really glad you consider my blog to be one of the "important" ones. I do, of course, but then, that figures! I've been going around reading a lot of blogs, too, and getting all caught up commenting. I've also been working on my profile today and on my blog page, so watch for small, but very important changes I've made.

Cheers!

Thomas Petal. That was funny. Never heard of the movie ... do we have to read sub-titles?

Hoping to see "Nativity Story" before it's gone from the big screen. I'll fork out the big bucks, I suppose.

Enjoying the week ... but reading important blogs.
