		<description>The "encouragement" you received from friends sounds a lot like what I receive from friends! But the story sounds like it was a blast to be up there ... were it not for the queasy coming down part.

I read an article last night about how airliners have to approach the airport in Baghdad. They fly over the airport at cruising altitute (which is above 25,000 feet) to avoid being shot down by insurgent terrorists. Then they basically nose dive to the ground, leveling out just in time to actually make the landing. The guy writing the piece said it was the most horrifying experience he's ever had ... and he's done it several times.</description>
