And Greg, I understand what you are saying because I am the same way many times and not as prayerful, maybe, as I should be. Or, at least, it doesn't seem to be the way in which other people say they pray for others. My prayer life is more of a running conversation with God all of the time every time I think of someone or something I need to pray for, which is a lot, of course, but not what you might consider to be a "formal" prayer.
