I know, I know . . . I'm quite delinquent in posting all the pictures of grandkids that were received in the latest Finding Direction Summer Desktop photo contest.  But, here they are today.  The long awaited photos of all of the cute grandkids that were sent in.

First are Donna Gossett's grandkids, first Matthew and then the triplets:

Next is Greg England's first grandchild, Jackson England, shortly after his birth.  It's a good picture, too, of a newborn.

The next cute grandkid pics are from Pat Bliss and she called it "Pals," which is obviously is of all of the cousins.

Then, Peggy Corder sent in pictures of her two granddaughters and the only black & white photos in the contest.  The first is her little granddaughter hoola hooping and the second is the two of them together.  I don't know if they are sisters are cousins, but they look really sweet together and seem to be good friends!

Reader Emily Robinson sent a cute picture of her granddaughter swimming.

The final grandkid picture is of Karen Keller's granddaughter, Lola, which first appeared among the winners in the photo contest, but we don't want to leave out anyone's grandkids today.  So, here's Lola watching a 4th of July parade on the street curb in Lubbock, Texas.

I hope you enjoy all these cute kids today.  I apologize for being so long getting them posted.  I've been on a sort of blogging sabbatical the past couple of weeks and need to get back in the routine of regular blogging and promise to do that starting this week!  In other words, I'm back!

Cheers & Blessings to you all today as you go about your Monday.  My prayers are for each of you that you have a good day and good week this week.  Much love, Dee

I’m glad you’re back! After all, a day without Dee is … well, it’s like having only 25 letters in the alphabet … that’s what it’s like. Great pictures, but one really stands out.

I don’t know Greg…I think those first TWO stand out….but they are all great! Amazing how they can make us smile, laugh, and just be silly! What a blessing!

    Hi Dee.
I love the pictures, they are all sweet, my favorite is the last picture of the little girl with the sucker. I love pictures that make me smile big.
Have a super day and a good blogging week!

What fun. Let’s hope I become a grandparent five to ten years from now. Not before or after.

Donna, I wouldn’t take that away from a grandmama’s heart for anything. I have thoroughly enjoyed the posts and pictures of your grandchildren and they are, indeed, precious!!

Well, the black and whites are great as well! They are mine! My two granddaughters and yes, they are sisters, although you wouldn’t know it by their looks or their actions. The blonde, Emma, looks like her mother and acts like her dad. Ashton, the oldest, takes her looks after her dad but is the spittin image of her mother in actions! I still see her mother at her age every time she does something! Uncanny. I guess that is one of the things so special about grandkids! Thanks for sharing all the cute, cute pictures.

I have to say, that newborn is a pretty little thing, even for a boy! I guess I should say handsome. There is nothing like newborns and their sweet smell (most of the time) and their soft, soft skin. No wonder God said for us to become like little children! How fun!

Glad you are back, Dee. Take care of yourself.

Great photos! You make me jealous, though. I have yet to have a grandchild. My wife sees me mooning over Scooby the Wonder Parrot and tells me “we have GOT to get a grandchild!”

I have this fear that when I finally get a grandkid, we’ll both be in diapers.

I sure like those kid pictures… Cute stuff. How can you NOT like a picture of a kid!

    Sweet Dee,
I was quite surprised to see Lola on your latest post.
She is very smart and probably the most intelligent, beautiful, and gifted child on that post!

    Love and miss you!

My parents do nothing but spoil our boys rotten. They take them to Chucky Cheese, the movies, video games, buy them toys, ice cream and then send them back home with us with they get done. The boys just love going over to Granny and Pops. :-)
