Beauty Where We Least Expect It

I very rarely forward emails sent to me any more and even more rarely ever offer any of them here, but today I received one from a school mate and just had to pass it along. It is a video of a British phone salesman who doesn't look like much on the outside, but wow! can he sing. You really MUST watch this video of this young man. Believe me, you won't regret a second of it. It's about 3 minutes long, so take that much time out of your rather ordinary life to listen to a really extraordinary young man using his God given abilities to the best of their use here.
You'll be glad you took the time to listen to this young man sing in all of his God given glories. To God be the glory.
Amen.
Dee
[Well, the link doesn't seem to work here, so email me at "dee_andrews@bellsouth.net" if you would like to have it to listen to. You'll be glad you did! Dee]
Your link to the video seems to be broken.. but it sounds like the Paul Potts video that you can find on YouTube. I have used that clip many times this summer in group settings. I usually use it to communicate the idea that people often surprise us.
The clip still causes me to tear up.
Wow Dee…that was great. I watched a couple of the others as well that had him in them. My wife sang in high school and college and has a beautiful voice. I sent the link to her.
Thanks for sharing. Lance
Hi Dee,
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of time for reading blogs lately, much less for writing them; seems that more and more of us are down to sharing short snippets on “Facebook” rather than reading and writing thoughtful reflections. I did check in today and would love to get the “Beauty Where You Least Expect It” link.
Blessings,
Anthony
