I is for . . .

My "I" word I'm thankful for is a rare treat for me, being diabetic.  But, once in a while I enjoy them.

Ice cream cones!

My favorite are no sugar added chocolate with toasted almonds and butter pecan.  I like them in a big waffle cone and love to lick the ice cream and sometimes spoon it out, too.  And I eat the cone along with the ice cream until it is all gone.

When I think of all of the people in the world who have never had an ice cream cone or never will, it makes me sad because it's such a delightful treat.

May we all always remember those less fortunate than we are and try to do what we can to help those out who we can.  I pray that we will do so.

Cheers & Blessings to you all today!  Dee

Ice….that’s it… just ice. My girls have inherited my love of ice eating and Sonic ice is our favorite!

I am grateful for ice cream too, but here’s another “I” I’m grateful for–Internet! Without it, I wouldn’t have a blog and wouldn’t have gotten to learn from (and occasionally laugh with) so many fellow bloggers. The Internet can be used to the glory of God, as is evidenced in so many wonderful blogs–like yours!

I will have to agree with the ice cream. My favorites are Yarnell’s homemade vanilla and white chocolate with toasted almonds from Cold Stone Creamery.

Icing. What’s a cake without it? I’ve been known to buy canned icing for quick spoonful snacks.

I agree with Donna…’I'is for the Internet! With it, the world is a much smaller place!

I am also thankful for the internet, when you live in a remote area with few Christians, the internet becomes a source of great support.
