I know your home cooked meals are delicious. After being gone for 9 days in CA I had been graving home cooked meals - even mine, so last night we had fried eggplant and fried green tomatoes that my son has been growing, along with corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes and chicken baked in the oven in tinfoil with a homemade sauce. I also picked some okra but Tom wouldn't let me fry it till we had a "mess" so I had to put it in the freezer. We also have a lot of flowers - all growing in pots in my front yard. Went to church only, no class since I had my tonsils out last week. So, I took a nap before going to worship so I could be active for a while! Went to eat at a Mexican food place, muy good and I was able to eat one chicken flauta. We got the cheese dip that had flour tortillas and they were easier for me to eat than the corn. Yes, I ate as much as I could, which isn't much at all, but enough to satisfy. I am hoping to lose about 15 pounds by the time I can eat again!
