Enough of That . . .

There's just so much one can take of noble Brits, after all. (See yesterday's post.)
I have no idea what to post about today . . . so . . . what's on your mind?
If you're a blogger, what did you post about today? (Or what would you post today if you posted?)
Sometimes, I just enjoy going around reading other bloggers' posts. Do you ever do that? Just follow some bloggers and then their commenters to even more blogs and so on. That can be kind of fun. (And time consuming, of course, but sometimes I have the time.)
If you are a commenter, but not a blogger, what would you like to see me post about next? What's on your mind? I've "met" some of you just lately through comments and emails and really enjoy getting to know you better. I've met many readers who have been following this blog since the awful days of Katrina back in August of 2005. We're in hurricane season, again, and have been talking about what we need to do (and where I could go) in the event of a bad one this year. Pray for us that that not come to pass.
Let's hear from you guys today in comment. What's going on with you?!
Cheers & Blessings to you all today! Dee
You’ve never told us much (that I recall reading) about your law career. I’d love to hear about any of the more interesting cases you worked or just that aspect of your life.
Today I blogged about the recent heat in CA and the fact that yesterday and today it’s 20+ degrees cooler than Saturday! What relief … but the heat is coming back this weekend.
One thing I like about your comments around the blog church, you really make a comment! You don’t just give a sentence or two, but you put a lot of thought into your replies and I appreciate them very much on my site … except, of course, when you take me to task on something!!
Hey, Greg -
Now that you mention it, I don’t guess I HAVE talked too much - at least not in a long time - about my law career. It was definitely interesting, to say the least. The whole story of how I came to go to law school at 44 and my three years in law school at Loyola of New Orleans School of Law were interesting, as well.
I’ll do that. Thanks for the idea.
Cheers!
Dee
My Dear Lady Marigold,
I second the request for anything you’d like to tell us about your life and work as a lawyer. That could be fun and interesting.
Me? My blog is all over the map these days, everything from Vacation Bible School to a church wedding for two male Anglican priests. No, really.
It does get hard to write anything of substance every day; so, sometimes I write about things that don’t have a lot of substance!
I remained just a commenter for a long time because I didn’t think I had enough to say to fill up a blog of my own, and sometimes I still think that!
Most of the time, I just write as if I were writing in a daily diary.
And I’m #3 for the idea of hearing about your law career. Law school at 44? Wow!
