You can never do enough to show love for your mother. As Greg said, I'd give anything to be able to do that again. God bless you Dee as you bless your Mom.

Dee - Great thoughts -- this was the 10th Mother's day since my Mom went home to that mansion she longed for and a year ago Linda & I were in the midst of a cross-country dash to get to her Mom who was in the final stages of this life. She passed in July. So yesterday was a day of fond remembrances and joyfulcelebration as I spentmost of the day observing 2 sons with2 mothers --- my Son with my wife and my son's son with his mother.

I like your Mom's idea of "paying forward" and I pray that we can provide some of that to our families --

God Bless
Charlie

You mom looks like a lovely lady, I can see the twinkle in her eyes. I too am blest to still have my mom. She turned 86 in April. I treasure everyday I have with her. She and I both love Scrabble and we play as often as we can.
I chuckled when I read you were “fixin” to call your mom. I used that word often when I still lived in CA and was teased when I did. I could have really caught my friends of guard if I would have said “I’m a fixin”. LOL!
I’ve been praying for you Dee, and I pray you will get permanent relief from your pinched nerve.
