I don’t know about y’all, but I could use some lighthearted humor today and I think these fit the bill. For some reason – well, actually I know the reasons – I’ve fighting fatigue and lack of rest/sleep at night since I returned from Dallas a week ago Sunday. It started several weeks before that, so I’m tired.
Nothing rejuvenates most of us more than laughing and seeing the humor in things. I know it does me. I especially like the first one below because I’ve been in that moment many times in my life. The grocery bags – Tom. You?

I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Sheesh!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What’d you do after I didn’t answer? Drop the phone and run away?

Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey – but I’d bet everyone can find and push the Snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time every time…

The times I wish I could have elaborated on how people died when I’ve written obituaries or done the funerals!
I’ve been trying to live out my life these days so anyone can look at my computer history at any time. They will find a LOT of links to Guitar Center and similar sites.
The next to the last one gets me as well.
