Finding Direction: The Wind Vane Chronicles

We finished our house and moved in the last week of June, 2007.  The house was finished, but our home was not complete.  Now, in the spring of 2009, it is complete.  So, here we will be giving you a tour of our beautiful home.  We want to share with you some of the joys we experience from day to day in this wonderful place God has graced us with.

This first photo is of the approach to our home.  We have lots of green grass, but absolutely no formal landscaping as yet, as we ran out of money!  The Lord has graciously granted us a beautiful setting, so we concentrate on those "free" features, instead.  I think you’ll really enjoy this series of A Home Complete once I finish it.

Next is a close up of our beautiful leaded glass front door with my wreath on it.  Our "Welcome" sign hangs to the right.  Welcome into our home.

is a picture looking from inside the front door toward the back, where
all of the "action" is.  The focus of our home is toward the back wall
of windows looking into the big screened in back porch.  Look see:

Next is the view into our dining room (which we do use, btw) which is to the right of the front door. 

This is a view now looking back through our living room toward the front door with the dining room on the left.

You
will notice that I’ve managed to share with you several pictures of our
living area without yet showing our 60" HDTV to the right side in the
above photo.  That, my friends, is an accomplishment!
